the Experience
Guests gather elbow-to-elbow along a warm wooden bar beneath soft light dressed in patterned fabric. Service is direct and personal, with a trusted associate guiding each order—allowing guests to finalize their selections before passing them to the chef. The chefs then prepare each dish in front of the guests, with hand rolls crafted and served directly as they’re made.
